Beware of scams implying as association with the PIA Obaseki Ministries which comprises of Divine Grace of Glory Church, More Grace TV, PIA Obaseki Foundation & Emmanuel Orphanage
PIA Obaseki Ministries has been made aware of various correspondences, being circulated via e-mail, from Internet web sites, text messages and social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, falsely stating that they are issued by, or in association with the PIA Obaseki Ministries and/or its officials.
These scams, which may seek to obtain money and/or in many cases personal details from the recipients of such correspondence, are fraudulent. These SCAM acts are not from PIA Obaseki Ministries.
PIA Obaseki Ministries wishes to warn the public at large about these fraudulent activities being perpetrated purportedly in the name of the PIA Obaseki Ministries, and/or its officials, through different fraud schemes.
- PIA Obaseki Ministries does not charge a fee at any stage to visit The DGOGC Headquarters (Prayer Line, Prayers, Deliverance session) or other fee, or request information on applicants’ bank accounts.
- PIA Obaseki Ministries does not request for your personal information and/or sensitive security data and/or your copy of utility bills and/or banking details, such as your bank account number, bank account passwords and/or security codes or otherwise ask you to validate your account numbers; and/or request for transfers of funds into any third party account(s).
- PIA Obaseki Ministries does not request any information related to bank accounts or other private information.
- PIA Obaseki Ministries does not offer prizes, awards, funds, certificates, automated teller machine (ATM) cards, compensation for Internet fraud, or scholarships, or conduct lotteries.
PIA Obaseki Ministries strongly recommends that the recipients of solicitations, such as those described above exercise extreme caution in respect of such solicitations. Financial loss and identity theft could result from the transfer of money or personal information to those issuing such fraudulent correspondence. Victims of such scams may also report them to their local law enforcement authorities for appropriate action.
